Do you have sound and AV equipment available?

Yes — we provide some helpful basic AV equipment to support your event, including:

(2) carts with projectors
TVs on a rolling cart (great for slideshows or videos)
A house music system with Bluetooth connectivity for ambient music or simple announcements
(4) handheld microphones with stands
(1) lapel microphone
(1) black podium

These are included with your rental and can be used during your contracted time. Just note: if you’re bringing a DJ or band, they’ll need to bring their own sound setup, as our system isn’t designed for full-scale event audio and can’t be used by outside vendors.
