Are there any volume restrictions?

We absolutely want you to have fun — live bands, DJs, and great music are all welcome here, and yes, you can even have a band play outside! That said, we do need to be mindful of a few important rules:

• The Outdoor Garden must close by 10:00 p.m. — that means no guests or music outside after that time, no exceptions
• Our venue backs up to residential condos, and neighbors have been known to call the police if Midvale City’s noise ordinance is violated
• All events must end by 10:00 p.m., with music wrapped up and guests transitioning to load-out
• Load-out is permitted until 11:00 p.m., but indoor music should remain at a reasonable volume during that time
