Are there noise restrictions or curfews?

Yes — here’s what to keep in mind:

• All events must end by 10:00 p.m.
• Load-out is permitted until 11:00 p.m.
• If you’re using the Outdoor Garden, it must close by 10:00 p.m. in compliance with Midvale City’s noise ordinance
• Events that extend beyond the contracted time will incur a $500/hour overtime fee
