We don’t require you to purchase liability insurance, but we highly recommend it — especially since renters are responsible for any damage to the venue, equipment, or property during their event.

If something happens (like a guest gets injured or property is damaged), you could be held financially liable, even if it was unintentional. Liability coverage through a basic event insurance policy can help protect you from those risks and usually costs around $75–$200, depending on the coverage.

It’s a simple way to cover yourself and your event — and well worth it for the peace of mind.
