We strongly encourage purchasing event insurance — while it’s not required to book with us, it’s a smart way to protect your investment, especially since we don’t offer refunds in the case of cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute emergencies.

  • Vendor no-shows
  • Accidental damage to the venue or property
  • Liability coverage in case of guest injury


It offers real peace of mind, and most policies range from $75–$200, depending on your coverage and guest count. That’s a small price to pay to avoid losing thousands if something unexpected happens.
