Are there staff on-site during my event?

Yes — a Venue Coordinator will be on-site throughout your event. They’ll handle:

Setup and teardown of tables, chairs, and linens
Any building-related questions (like lighting, restrooms, or temperature)

Just a heads-up: our Venue Coordinator is not a day-of coordinator or wedding planner. They won’t manage timelines, vendors, or event flow — so if you want that kind of support, we highly recommend hiring your own planner.
