When can we start setting up for our event?

You can begin setup at the start of your contracted rental time. Your 5-hour rental block includes everything — setup, the event itself, and cleanup (also called strike time).

If you think you’ll need more time, no problem! Additional hours can be added for $300/hour, but please note: all events must end by 10:00 p.m., with cleanup and load-out completed by 11:00 p.m. Just let us know in advance so we can adjust the schedule accordingly.
