When can we start setting up for our event?

You can start setting up at the beginning of your contracted rental time. Your 5-hour rental block includes everything — setup, the event itself, and cleanup (also called strike time).

If you think you’ll need more time to set up, no problem! Additional hours can be added for $300/hour, up until 11 p.m. Just let us know in advance so we can adjust the schedule.
