Yes — Formation Events offers three distinct spaces, giving you the flexibility to host both your ceremony and reception (plus any other part of your event) all in one location:


The Garden

A romantic outdoor oasis with twinkling lights, a gentle waterfall, and a picturesque gazebo. It’s the perfect setting for an intimate ceremony or cocktail hour under the stars.


Main Level Room

A cozy indoor space featuring a beautiful fireplace and a built-in photo backdrop — great for mingling, relaxing, or capturing memories with your guests.


Garden Level Room

Our largest indoor area, equipped with a prep kitchen and spacious dance floor. Ideal for receptions, corporate gatherings, or larger celebrations with plenty of room to move and customize.
