What happens if I need to cancel due to weather or emergency?

If something unexpected comes up — like severe weather or a personal emergency — we’ll do everything we can to help you reschedule your event for a new date that works. Any payments you’ve made will transfer over.

If rescheduling isn’t possible and you need to cancel entirely, the normal cancellation policy still applies:

• The 25% retainer is non-refundable
• No refunds are given if the cancellation is within 45 days of the event
