Do you offer refunds if plans change?

We don’t offer refunds if you cancel or change plans — here’s why:

The 25% retainer is non-refundable from the start.
If you cancel within 45 days of your event, the full rental cost is non-refundable.

That said, if you need to reschedule instead of canceling, we’ll do our best to move your event to a new date. Just keep in mind there may be a $500 rescheduling fee if it’s within that 45-day window.
