What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your event, here’s how it works:

• The 25% retainer is non-refundable, no matter when you cancel.
• If you cancel within 45 days of your event, the full rental amount is non-refundable.
• All cancellations must be made in writing (email is fine).
• If no payment has been made by the due date, the card on file will be charged.
