Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

Just a couple worth noting:

There’s a $200 cleaning fee added to every rental.
If you plan to serve alcohol, there’s a $400 liquor fee which covers up to 6 hours of pouring. (This doesn’t include the actual alcohol or bartender — you’ll provide those.)
